Our Philosophy
We started Jadencia with one conviction: that exceptional jade should not require an exceptional budget. The traditional jewellery industry layers markup upon markup — from miner to dealer to wholesaler to boutique. By the time a piece reaches a display case in a mall, it has been repriced three or four times. The stone has not changed. Only the address has.
We work directly with verified suppliers in Myanmar, Xinjiang, and Yunnan. We see the pieces before you do. We evaluate them ourselves — colour, translucency, texture, origin — and we price them honestly, based on what the stone is actually worth.
We work directly with origin suppliers — no middlemen, no auction premiums, no boutique address markup.
All jadeite is Grade A, untreated. Hetian jade is genuine nephrite. We will always disclose what a piece is — and what it is not.
We tell you what you are paying for and why. A more expensive piece costs more because the stone is rarer — not because the shop is bigger.
Sister Brand
Jadencia operates alongside Chantia Gems — a sister brand with an established presence in the Malaysian jade market. Chantia pieces are curated with the same standard of authenticity and direct sourcing. Some pieces in our collection are shared between both brands — you may recognise the Chantia label on certain pieces we carry.
Together, Jadencia and Chantia represent a unified commitment to real jade at real prices — for Malaysia, Singapore, and the growing global audience of jade collectors who know what they are looking for.
